I actually finished this picture a while ago, but I never got around to posting it here on DA. ^_^;
*sighs* well, for those of you out there who DON'T know, this is (as the title indicates) my character, Kitsune; my Anthro Fursona.

Kitsune was initially designed just over 5 years ago; the summber before my Freshmen year of High School. She hasn't changed much physically since then (actually, virtually none at all; unless you count stylistic changes), but her history has had so many overhauls it's almost unbelievable.

In short, while Kitsune is a Anthro-itized version of myself, her story is not my own (even though I really do have a total prick for a father...). She is going to be the second main character in a story/manga that my best friend (devsha-Briefs and I are working on, off and on. And yet, she's still a piece of me just the same.

A Synopses of her Story?;

Kitsune Kaze Kage (or just plain 'Kaze' as her name is usually shortened to) Is the daughter of Miyu Kasui, a former Geisha, and Kitsune Kaji Kage, The leader of a prominent fox-tribe in Japan. Bound to the laws of his clan, Kaji must put to death any of his wives who give birth to a daughter first as opposed to a son (that's an old Chinese tradition, actually); as Kaze is Miyu's first daughter, the day she turns six years old, her mother is put to death.

By Seventeen, Kitsune, her half-sister Dita, and her half-brother Tonen are incapable of living under their father's tyrannical rule any longer; they escape into the night and take a ship to England; where they enroll in a private school so that they can start their lives over, make friends, and try to leave their past behind them.

Of course, this can't last forever. By the end of the story, Kitsune, Dita, and Tonen must return to Japan to face the world they tried to leave behind them.

Of course, this is a much more condensed version of the whole story; I just don't really feel like going into more depth at the moment.

<sub>Just some things to take note of;

~While Kitsune's attire is usually somewhat on the 'revealing' side, she constantly acts like very childish and is actually fairly naive.

~Her piercings are not constant; they'll change whenever I feel like it.

~Yes she uses a CD player rather then an MP3 or Ipod or Zoon; why? Cause I'm poor as hell, that’s why. lol

~NO she is not 'Emo' (call me Emo and I'll fuggin' keel yew bitch! D:< ); I'm a GOTHTARD. C:

~Yes, she only has seven tails rather then a full nine; she's not full grown.

~That little black bat-like thing beside her is her familiar; an Akuma (demon) named "Nya-nyo" he may look cuddly and cute now, but someday he'll grow into something fierce. x3

~No, Kitsune's not single (nor am I irl, lulz); her boyfriend/eventual mate is a rabbit anthro; Hazel Alexander Greenleaf, or Hazel-rah to his friends (yup, the base for his character is Hazel from Watership Down). ^__^
